Welcome to Auto Posts, a social media scheduling platform developed by 6foot5 Media (Pty) Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Auto Posts (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Auto Posts, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions;

• Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Auto Posts.
Businesses must have authorized administrative access to their Facebook Pages or social media accounts to schedule posts.
Auto Posts is not intended for use by children under 18.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure.

• All activity that occurs under your account.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information.
  Auto Posts may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Auto Posts only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• Meta / Facebook Platform Terms;

• All applicable local, national, and international laws;

• Guidelines for content posted on connected social media accounts.
  You may not:

• Post spam, malicious content, or violate copyright or intellectual property rights;

• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the App;

• Use Auto Posts for activities that could harm the platform, other users, or third-party systems.

5. Permissions and Social Media Integration

Auto Posts requires access to your connected social media accounts to schedule and publish posts.
By connecting your account, you grant Auto Posts permission to post on your behalf and access relevant analytics.
You remain responsible for the content you schedule and post.

7. Intellectual Property

Auto Posts and all content, code, designs, logos, and trademarks are the property of 6foot5 Media (Pty) Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Auto Posts without explicit written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Auto Posts may use third-party services, such as Meta / Facebook APIs, analytics tools, or hosting providers.
We are not responsible for the performance, privacy policies, or content of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
6foot5 Media (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Auto Posts.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that posts will appear as scheduled on third-party platforms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 6foot5 Media (Pty) Ltd, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of Auto Posts;

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions;

• Your violation of any applicable law or rights of third parties.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes will be posted with an updated “Effective Date”.
Continued use of Auto Posts after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Auto Posts at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason permitted by law.
Upon termination, your account may be deactivated, and access to scheduled posts may be revoked.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from Auto Posts will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
